How can any sized business find an endless source of high quality, affordable online marketing expertise? And avoid some of the frustrations of the hiring/firing process?

I’ll show you where I have hired dozens of people for my online marketing company at very affordable rates… without having to deal with some of the usual headaches.

That’s right. You can skip some of the doo-doo you have gotten used to.

Avoiding The Headaches Of Hiring Skilled Marketing Help For Your Business

If you have ever hired (or fired) someone, you know there are many headaches that are a part of the hiring process. Here are just three:

1. Evaluating candidates without honest feedback - How many times have you looked at applications or resumes of a candidate and thought, “this is a great candidate.”

If you have been through the hiring process more than once, you know they may not be as great as they seem. On paper, they have all the skills, experience and expertise you want. But, if they are so great, why are they always looking for a job?

The only way you can really know is to talk to their former employers. But, increasingly this is next to impossible.

I called one former employer and it was like talking to an evasive attorney. “I can’t say anything good or bad about the person except that they did work for us at one time.”

What the heck was this about?

The person confided in me that it didn’t mean they were a bad employee. It just meant that, due to the risk of being sued for slander if they said anything remotely negative, they decided not to say anything good or bad.

Not being able to tell the truth for fear of being sued… what has this country come to?

TWEET THIS:  There are ways to hire the right people for your business without having to deal with the typical hassles of the hiring process.

2. Firing people you hire -  How difficult is it for you to actually fire someone who isn’t getting the job done?  For many business owners and employers, it can be a nightmare.

If you have an employee who turns out not to be good for your organization (not as skilled as they made themselves out, or they are lazy, unreliable, etc.?), letting them go gets complicated.

God forbid that they claim some sort of discrimination (race, age, height, shoe size). How do you spell nightmare? E-E-O-C (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission).

3. Finding the ‘perfect’ candidate but not being able to afford them - If you do find the right person, can you afford them? When you add expected benefits, paying unemployment insurance, etc. it really starts to add up.

Good news! There a way to (mostly) avoid this kind of crap… so you can get on with running your business.
